Snorkeling Tours in Cancun

Aquaworld’s Jungle Tour is the most famous snorkel tour in Cancun. This could be because you get to drive your own speedboat though the mangrove jungle in Nichupte lagoon, or maybe it’s because you get to explore what’s below the surface of the Caribbean, including coral reefs, colorful fish and other marine life.

After you arrive to Aquaworld marina and receive a locker, your bilingual guide will take you through some instructions and various safety signals. Next, you’ll board your two-person speed boat and follow the guide through beautiful Nichupte Lagoon. During the ride you may spot wildlife in the mangrove forests. Then you’ll emerge from the lagoon into the breathtaking Caribbean Sea and it will be time to go snorkeling. The guide will be there to assist beginners and to point out anything that shouldn’t be missed, like coral formations, fish, stingrays, or any other sea creatures that might be in the neighborhood.

This tour includes guide and Instructions, boat ride to the snorkeling spot, snorkeling tour and equipment, new snorkel tube, bottled water, lockers and showers. Participants must be at least 18 years old to drive the boat, be between 5 and 65 years old (kids price applies to those ages 5 to 11) and know how to swim. A reef preservation fee of $15 usd per person is not included in the price of the tour and must be paid in cash when you arrive at the marina.

Once you are on the boat, you will receive instructions and a life jacket, and then it will be time for takeoff! Next, Aquaworld’s friendly guides will welcome you to the bright yellow speed boat with its two 440hp motors, you’ll don your life jacket, fasten your seatbelt, the music will start pumping and you’ll take off on this 30-minute,  90 kph (50 knots) twisting, turning, spinning ride of a lifetime on Nichupte lagoon.

Flyboard in Cancun

Do you love to try new, extreme things? Then Aquaworld’s Flyboard might be for you! It’s not easy, but if you can master the Flyboard you will get the thrill of a lifetime!

The Flyboard consists of two boots attached to a board with jet nozzles, which is attached to hoses that are attached to a waverunner. The jets allow you to fly up off the surface of the water.

When you arrive at Aquaworld marina you will receive your locker. Then our knowledgeable staff member will give you instructions and gear; a helmet, life jacket and boots, and you will swim out to the activity area and put on the Flyboard equipment. Your instructor will drive the waverunner while you fly over the lagoon for 20 or 40 minutes. The key here is balance. Once you’re more comfortable, the instructor will turn up the water pressure so you can get higher and try some tricks. This tour includes guide and instructions, equipment, mandatory lifejacket, lockers and showers. Participants must be at least 12 years old, weigh between 45 and 120 kg and be between 1.20 m (4 ft) and 1.85 m (6 ft) tall. A dock fee of $12 usd per person is not included in the price of the tour and must be paid in cash when you arrive at the marina.

Surf Simulator in Cancun

Whether you are an avid surfer or have never gone surfing before but have always wanted to try, you will love Aquaworld’s FlowRider and the music, surf sounds, beers, and snacks that are included in this activity.

After you arrive at Aquaworld marina, an instructor will help you get started on the bodyboard. Once you are able to kneel on it, you can try to stand up on the flowboard. The instructor will help you keep your balance with a rope until you feel confident enough to surf without it.
