Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy: Cancel any time! Full refunds up to 7 days before your activity.

**Please note: Any cancellation within one week of your activity date is non-refundable. For a full refund, AquaWorld must be notified 7 days prior to your scheduled activity. This is as a courtesy to open up space for guests who might be waiting in line for our water fun activities. Now, more fine print: * this policy is flexible if your cancellation is due to Covid – if your trip is cancelled because of the pandemia, we will refund you at any time.

Refunds can only be processed via the same means of payment.

Reservations may be rescheduled or cancelled without penalty in the event that weather conditions don’t allow the service to take place.*

In the event of illness, a doctor’s note must be presented to receive a refund or to reschedule without penalty. In package arrangements, cancellation of one of the included activities/dives nulls the package price and the remaining services/dives are charged at full price. In some occasions the remaining services may cost more individually than the original package.
